Event Coordination

The Event Coordination team acts as project management before, during,
and after the event, to oversee the smooth operation of all teams and
the overall event. This team works closely with the board to set
budgets for the teams. This team is the primary contact for all
vendors contracted by the event. The team prepares monthly financial
reports for dissemination to the community.
