The Effigy team designs, transports and builds the central burn
effigy. Effigy team is typically on-site for at least a few days of
the week preceding the event, in order to complete construction of the
effigy. Effigy team also typically puts in several work weekends in
the months of the summer and fall, to do as much preparatory work as
possible on the components of the effigy.
